Positive Psychology has also been called the “Psychology of Well Being.” It is a holistic approach which looks at all the aspects of your life. Your physical and emotional well being are strongly connected to your intellectual and spiritual sense of wholeness. What can you do for yourself and others to do justice to all of these aspects of your life? Are you a creative or athletic person, a book lover, a tech geek or financial wiz? Do you have a strong sense of social justice, is your church or your family the driving force in your life or are animal rights what keeps you going? We will explore what makes you be well and how you can nourish all these sides of your own whole and vibrant self. And if you currently do not feel this sense of vitality or feel that it cannot yet thrive, we will work on reviving and strengthening it.
